Nick’s Pizza and Pub: Enroll in the Frequent Guest card program and receive a $25 reward for every 350 points earned.
Old Country Buffet: Seniors can enroll in the Senior Club Card program to receive special discounts and complimentary extras. Those under 60 can enroll in the eClub for perks and rewards via online. Panera Bread: The My Panera Member Card entitles you to special reward surprises throughout the year, including when you sign up and your birthday. Rewards can vary from a free bakery treat to a free smoothie with a purchase. Rewards are valid for 60 days unless otherwise stated.
